O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and initiate appropriate action against he 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.01.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 13.01.2023 is kept pending in CSR.No.172 of 2023 and the enquiry will be completed within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a week from the date of appearance of the parties. Subject to the result of the enquiry, the petitioner may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
