ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's case in Na.Ka.No.4655/2015/A5 dated 20.07.2015 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on knowing that some third parties' names were found in the revenue

records in respect of the his lands, he approached the first respondent, who, in turn, though issued summons dated 20.07.2015 in Na.Ka.No.4655/2015/A5 to the necessary parties, had not passed any orders yet. Hence, he sent a representation to the third respondent on 10.09.2017 and even thereafter also no order is passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders, in the the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4655/2015/A5, dated 20.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
