ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to conduct the election as per the by laws of the Jammad Anjuvannam Peer Mohammadia Muslim Association, Thuckalay, Kanyakumari District with the regular voting members of the association and consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2017.

2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Anchuvannam Peer Mohamedi Muslim Association, Thuckalay is a registered under Tamil Nadu Wakf Board. The Executive committee is elected once in two years and the tenure of the present Executive Committee expired on 21.06.2017. Hence, the petitioner on 17.10.2017, sent a representation to the respondent to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

election for electing Executive Committee. Since his representation is not yet considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that necessary direction had already been issued for conducting election.

6. Recording such submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
