ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 24.07.2018. This is because the quantity of contraband involved was more than one unit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner renews his application and submits that since he has no previous case to his credit, he may be permitted to surrender before the court below. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and apply for regular bail. On such application being filed, the same shall be disposed of on the same day.
