ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to carry out sub divisions in respect of the petitioners landed property admeasuring 60 cents of land located in Survey No.309/6, Salarvilaham Anai Puravi, Azhagiapandiapuram Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thovalai Taluk, Bhoothapandi Sub District in Kanyakumari District and issue separate patta in her name and do all the consequential acts including collection of tax, issuance of receipts and others. 2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the property in question is owned by the petitioner and he had been paying tax till 2012. The petitioner, alleging that the fifth respondent had not received the house tax from the year 2012, citing that his property was reflected in the attachment order dated 12.11.2012, which was passed in respect of his adjacent owner, sent several representations to the respondents to rectify the same. Finding no fruitful results, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking appropriate relief.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
