ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody from 06.01.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 I.P.C. r/w Section 3(i) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.94 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police. He seeks bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to his ill health he was unable to appear before the Court below on the hearing date. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearings without fail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.09 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil. Therefore, non bailable warrant came to be issued on 24.12.2017.

5.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil, and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
