For Petitioner in : Mr.P.Venkatesan For R1 and R2 in both W.P.s : Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER The petitioner has moved these petitions that the respondents 3 to 12 are preventing her from cultivating the land and also posing life threat to her and therefore, she sought for police protection for cultivation.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 12. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was closed advising the petitioner to workout her remedy before the Civil Forum.

4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 3 to 12 are preventing her from cultivating the land. The petitioner is having a remedy before the Civil Court by filing a suit seeking injunction against the respondents 3 to 12.
5. Therefore, both the writ petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and obtain necessary orders. No costs.
