ORDER

The present petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner with regard to the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, enquiry has been conducted and closed.

5. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. Considering the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner's wife has been enquired and closed, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner..
