The petitioner / accused in CC.No.76 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai, arising out of the case in Cr.No.959 of 2012 on the file of the Tallakulam D1 Police Station, has filed this petition to quash the charge sheet pending as against him. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3.This Court is of the view that the grounds raised by the petitioner can be appreciated only during the trial and not in this petition.
