ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to enquire the appeal proceedings with affording opportunities to the stakeholders in respect of TS No.72, Ward-5, Block-3, Karaikudi Municipal limit, Sivagangai District within a time frame stipulated by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.It is seen that the appeal has been filed on 28.03.2026 and it is a recent appeal. Based on the petitioner's appeal, the respondent has already issued notice dated 28.04.2026 wherein the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 12.05.2026 by 03:00 PM.

3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent 12.05.2026 and submit all the relevant records. Thereafter, the respondent shall consider and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of two months from 12.05.2026. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
