ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third and fourth respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her children life and limb on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 07.08.2018.
2. The petitioner is wife and the she has given a complaint against her husband on the ground that there is a threat to her and her children's life and limb from the husband
3. The complaint was forwarded by the fourth respondent to the fifth respondent who is the Social Welfare Officer and the Social Welfare Officer enquired both the parties and by a report dated 14.08.2018 it was found that there is no dowry harassment and the said report is forwarded to the fourth respondent.
4. The issue involved in this case is not as to whether there was any dowry harassment by the husband against the wife . But the issue is whether there was any threat from the husband to the wife. Therefore the fourth respondent police shall call both the parties and ensure that no threat perception prevails between the parties and if that be so they shall advise both husband and the wife accordingly.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
