O R D E R

The fourth respondent's application dated 21.02.2017 seeking for electricity service connection to his land has been kept pending in view of the petitioner's objection dated 14.11.2017. 2.Since the petitioner's apprehends that his objections may not be considered, at the time of granting electricity service connection to the fourth respondent, the present writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been filed.

3. It is needless to point out , if at all there is any objection against the application seeking for service connection, the respondents are required to look into such objections.

4. In the result, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the fourth respondent's application dated 21.02.2017 seeking to provide electricity service connection after considering the objections raised by the petitioner herein on 14.11.2017 and pass appropriate further course of action.

5. The third respondent shall give due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent herein while taking any decision and such a decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
