ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.
2.All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of the petition mentioned appeal.
3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the respondents 2 and 3 and the interested persons, if any on notice before passing final order. It is open the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
