ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.378 of 2016 in S.C.No.239 of 2016 on the file of the Mahila Court, Tuticorin District, dated 01.03.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in S.C.No.239 of 2016 on the file of the Mahila Court, Tuticorin District, has been ended in acquittal on 12.10.2021 and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.
