The petitioner had executed a document in favour of the private respondents herein.

2.Her specific allegation is that she was not paid the full consideration. In this regard, she gave a complaint before the third respondent who also issued C.S.R.No.106 of 2021, dated 23.03.2021. Since enquiry was not being conducted, she filed the present Writ Petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for final disposal, it was submitted that the petitioner's complaint had been closed. When the closure report was perused, it revealed that since the petitioner had filed this Writ Petition, the third respondent had decided to close the matter. I fail to appreciate the approach of the Inspector of Police, Kovilpatti East Police Station. The very prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is that an enquiry should be conducted in the matter. Hence, citing the filing of the said Writ Petition, the complaint could not have been closed. Since the third respondent had adopted a strange approach, I direct the second respondent to enquire into the petitioner's complaint and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
