O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner challenges the notice dated 13.06.2016 as well as the consequential eviction order issued on the same date. It is seen that the eviction order has been passed without hearing the writ petitioner. The orders have been passed in a cyclostyle format.

2.We therefore quash the same. The matter is remitted to the file of the third respondent with liberty to pass fresh orders in accordance with law.
