Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.(Aa3).2081 of 2016, dated 21.04.2016 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the second respondent to cancel the documents bearing No.2005 of 1995 dated 21.09.1995 and document No.2006/95 dated 03.10.1995.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the authorities, by producing a copy of the Civil Court decree, for appropriate relief. No costs.
