O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Mu.Mu. No.2940/2019/Aa2, dated 31.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the patta by including the petitioner's name in Patta No.596 in respect of S.No.65/2, Kallanai Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District to an extent of 0.09.0 Ares.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is seen from the records that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 22.11.2021, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
