PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4897 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 in connection with Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4897 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 4897 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, monthly once, i.e. on 1st 2/3

working day of every English calender month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
