This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.132 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.132 of 2018 and also filed a final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12749 of 2021 before the learned I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Tiruchirappalli in Spl.S.C.No.38 of 2021.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
