The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife. She is pleading hardship by stating that she is residing along with her parents and she is unable to travel upto Harur, Dharmapuri. Inspite of service of notice, the respondent/husband has not appeared before this court and refuted the said averments made on behalf of the petitioner. 1/3
2.In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
