ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. 469 of 2018. They seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. 3.The petitioners' earlier petition seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 30.07.2018.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/-(Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) to the credit of Crime No.469 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. This amount will be invested in an interest bearing account. Based on the outcome of the prosecution, it can be withdrawn by the defacto complainant.This amount should be deposited within a period of three weeks.

5.Recording the said undertaking, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
