Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st Respondents impugned order RA.5(1)/15722/2018 (E.A.No.01/2018) dated 13.09.2018 and quash the same as it devoid of merits and direct the 1st Respondent to give suitable recommendation to the 4th respondent to consider the change of address and renewal of licence No.4/2010 for the retail sale of fireworks and crackers for his new premises at Door No.6/315-A, Lenin Street, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering petitioner's representation dated:24.03.2017 with in the stipulated period as fixed by this court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.20709 of 2018, dated 05.09.2019 and W.A(MD)No.1098 of 2019, dated 20.04.2021, by passing an order, dated 02.08.2021.

2.Since the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.20709 of 2018, dated 05.09.2019 and W.A(MD) No.1098 of 2019, dated 20.04.2021, we do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
