ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.75 of 2015, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b) and 506 (ii) I.P.C, and under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.75 of 2015, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 21.12.2017. The next hearing date of the petitioner before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai is on 12.09.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
