Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for entering into the said house property and fencing the above survey No.393/2B based upon the petitioner compliant dated on 30.06.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is an exparte decee in favour of the petitioner passed in O.S.No. 200 of 2017, wherein the order of permanent injunction has been granted in favour of the petitioner. Till permanent injunction order is set aside in the manner known to law, the fourth respondent will not have right to interfere with the possession of the petitioner.

3. The third respondent shall ensure that the fourth respondent does not cause any disturbance in the property till the fourth respondent obtains appropriate orders before the civil Court.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
