ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in crime No.403 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeking to file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, an FIR was referred as mistake of fact and the report came to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, on 19.12.2025.
