ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.07.2014 and transfer the petitioner in any one of the Panchayat Union School in Valliyoor Panchayat Union in Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner - S.Adalin Regina Bai, who is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Arasangoundanur, Kadavur, Karur District from 15.07.2009, has sent a representation to the second and third respondents for transfer, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the ground that her husband - C.Nelson is permanently disabled with 80%, as he is unable to walk and do his duties, the petitioner wants to stay in the same place, so that her husband can be properly taken care. Since her representation has not been considered and the transfer counselling is going to take place on 14.08.2016, direction as prayed for may be given, she pleaded. 4.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the petitioner has already submitted an application on 19.07.2014, citing the reason that her husband is permanently disabled, the respondents will consider, if the petitioner's case is proper for consideration, as per Rule.

5.Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli District - the third respondent herein, is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably before on or before 14.08.2016. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
