ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.T.C.No.292 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 142, 323 and 506 (i) I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner is absent during the trial in S.T.C.No.292 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued against the petitioner on 24.01.2018.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
