PRAYER : Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2015, to call for the entire records connected to the order dated 27.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2268 of 2023 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai and set aside the same by allowing the Criminal Appeal and consequently, enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with the case in Crime No.195 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police.
