the Jallikattu event, that took place on 24.03.2017 Sengalakudi Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District due to the negligence on the part of the respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.7.2017 with 12% P.A. till the realization of the entire amount.
