RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the non compliance of the condition directing us to pay Rs.3,00,000/- while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No. 9376/2018 by the order dated 02.07.2018 consequently recall the order dated 03.08.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9376/2018 cancelling the anticipatory bail and directing the registry to issue suo motu contempt proceedings against the petitioners Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Govt. Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned appearing for the petitioners produced a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- [Rupees Three Lakhs only] drawn in the name of the father of the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mrs.Jeyamani, Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Samayanallur, is present before this Court.

3. The said Sub-Inspector of Police undertakes to handover the demand draft to the father of the de facto complainant, namely, Muthu by tomorrow, i.e., on 04.09.2018.

4. Accordingly, the Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6873 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9376 of 2018 is allowed.
