The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 06.07.2018, made in W.P.(MD)No.14527 of 2018.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the third respondent has passed an order in proceeding in br.K.M.vz;.2656/2018, dated 18.11.2019.

3.Recording the aforesaid statement and placing the said proceeding on record, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.
