2. That the petitioners herein/Defendants shall hand over vacant possession of the property to the respondents herein/Plaintiffs without creating any encumbrance over the property.

3. That the event of any failure to vacate and hand over the property on or before 31.05.2019, the revision petitioners will be proceeded under Contempt of Courts Act.
