O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to grant permission to the petitioner for running a Spa.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Diploma holder in Beautician Course and she is running a Spa. The respondent police are harassing her by conducting frequent checkups.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that since the police has detected so many prostitution centers in the name of Spa, they are conducting periodical inspections.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to issue general direction that the respondent police is not supposed to conduct any inspection or raid in Spa centres.
