By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal, at the stage of admission.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 1 & 2. Mr.Janardhanan, learned Counsel takes notice for the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner, who is the Vice-President of the M.M.574, Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit society, is before this Court, alleging that the third respondent, being the Secretary of the said society, is misusing his powers and has committed gross irregularities in the grant of subsidy, waiver of loans to farmers as well as misappropriation of funds. In this regard, the petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 12.06.2017 before the official respondents and because of their inaction, this present petition came to be filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2017 is disposed of, by the authorities, as per law, within a stipulated time limit.

5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
