ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.136/2024 from the 3rd respondent to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220001593 C 202500027 on 23.01.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original 2/4

Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193 (9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed.
