ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to set aside the impugned list of surplus BT Assistant of 6th respondent school, insofar as including the name of the petitioner along with surplus BT Assistants and showing the petitioner as surplus published in the website. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name in the surplus list now has been deleted by the proceedings issued by the fourth respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 4432/A3/2023, dated 17.11.2023 and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3.Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
