Plaintiff & Defendant Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the constitution of India to set aside the order and decreetal order passed in IA No.1 of 2020 in OS No.30 of 2019 dated 05.10.2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Elayankudi by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 01/12/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No.7542/2022/HCA dated 06/08/2022, this Court made the following order:
The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai sent a letter dated 06.08.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.30 of 2019 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.12.2021. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 06.08.2022, a further time of six months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.30 of 2019.
