For Petitioner : Mr.S.Srikanth For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan for R1 Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent police to comply the order passed by the learned judicial Magistrate Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District in Crl.M.P.No. 803 of 2023, Dated 13.02.2023 and consequently direct to register the FIR against the proposed accused persons namely the respondents 2 to 7. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, in Crl.M.P.No.803 of 2023, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties with regard to the title over the property. Therefore, the parties were advised to workout their remedy through civil process. It is also found that the complaint that flex board has been illegally taken is also not true. Therefore, the above said complaint has been closed. 2/4

3.Let the above said closure report be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. 4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the directions that was issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, without registering the FIR the above said enquiry has been undertaken and complaint was closed. Such sort of enquiry cannot be found fault. The petitioner can workout his remedy before the trial Court itself. 5.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
