Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry upon the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 04.09.2017 under section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and
Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. The petitioner, who is a member of the M.D.Special 121, Pasukaranpatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, is before this Court and his contention is that some of the members of the society are involved in misappropriation of public funds. In this regard, he has submitted a representation before the third respondent, who, in turn, according to the petitioner, without properly verifying the records, has closed the same. Aggrieved by this action of the authorities, the petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 04.09.2017, before the first respondent and as the same is kept pending, the present petition came to be filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the authorities are inclined to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, as per law, within a stipulated time limit.
5. Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the complaint / representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2017, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
