ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(b) (ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.344 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has involved in several other cases, of which, three are similar in nature. The details are as follows:
