The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to provide water connection to the property situated at Door No.11/138(1), Kollakudivilai, Attoor, Kanyakumari District. To that effect, the petitioner made an application on 08.08.2016. 2.Needless to say that it is for the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival parties, if any. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
