RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time by tow weeks to comply the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD0.No.5910/2021 dt 26.04.2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRARAJAN.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5910 of 2021, dated 26.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to non-availiability of documents for applying surety, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.5910 of 2021, dated 26.04.2021.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5910 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
