In view of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.8687 of 2019, no further order is required in this writ petition and it stands closed. The official respondents shall ensure that no further illicit mining activity takes place in Pamparu River in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
