2.The petitioner had already filed O.S.No.31 of 2020 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thirubuvanam, questioning the order impugned in this writ petition. The petitioner has filed the writ petition after filing the suit. The petitioner can very well pursue the civil remedy. 2/4

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
