O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner by the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure the same, based upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and the 4th respondent has given an undertaking that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner and he will abide by the order of the Court, which is pending before the Civil Court. On the basis of the undertaking given by the private respondent, the said complaint was closed on 18.05.2023. Subsequent to the above said undertaking they have made trouble and that the fresh complaint has been given by the petitioner before the third 2/5
respondent and the same is pending.
3. The third respondent shall enquire by issuing summon the petitioner and the private respondents and dispose the above said representation as per rules.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
