2. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of his appeal dated 19.09.2011 pending before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to conclude and dispose of the said appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

3. This Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
