3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that so far four witnesses have been examined and the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of five months.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the 2/4

investigation in Crime No.10 of 2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
