For petitioner : Mr.Senthil Murugan.C For R1 and R2 : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint given by the respondent Nos.3 to 7.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents were studying in the private coaching centre that was conducted by the petitioner and they have raised allegation to the effect that the private respondents transferred money to her husband for securing Government jobs, but later, the petitioner's husband failed to secure the job to them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the allegation made against the petitioner is that some of the amount was transferred to the petitioner's account also. 2/4

4. If it is so, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent Police and produce her statement of account to verify whether any amount is transferred to her account. If any trouble arise during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
