Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the respondent in A.No.170/2015/A1, dated 30.11.2015 in respect of the deputation to attend duty in Sub-Court, Palani, until further orders and quash the same.

ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr.R.Aravindan, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. On the heels of passing of the order dated 30.11.2015 whereunder the petitioner was deputed to a new place, the petitioner has made a representation on 09.12.2015 pointing out medical reasons for reconsidering his deputation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has already made a representation to re-consider the deputation, we are not disposed to adjudicate the issue at this stage. However, we direct the Principal District Judge to consider the representation on its merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(R) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
